Tbilisi Sports and Youth Center is a member organization of the European Youth Card Association (EYCA), through which Tbilisi City Hall has an exclusive opportunity to include Georgian youth in the European Youth Card service. The mission of  EYCA is to support more young people to be socially, culturally, educationally, and economically mobile by delivering quality European Youth Card services and by contributing to better youth policy. It unites up to 7 million young people from 30 European countries who benefit from up to 60,000 discount services in various fields of tourism, education, culture, food and services.
